Step 2: If your image does not meet our requirements. Please contact us to help you with colorful, complex and unclear images, We will design and send to you for confirmation and then start making the stamp.

Step 3: If you choose our pattern. We have more than a thousand patterns to choose from, please leave us a message after purchase, or indicate the pattern number you need in the order notes.

Note:

1. Thread diameter on the back of the seal: M5 (5mm)

2. The seal is cut according to the LOGO shape by default. If you need square cutting after purchase, please leave a message to the seller.

3. We can also custom other sizes, please contact with us.

4. Please provide the seller with the content file of the customized pattern within 7 days after purchase. If the seller is not contacted to send the file, a random pattern stamp will be sent by default.

5. Please remember that we can only accept returns on items that are in the same condition as when shipped.

6. We are only responsible for shipping costs if the item is damaged or not as described. Customized products cannot be returned.
