The steam is genuinely hot and the cleaning performance is excellent — much better than my old Bissell steam mop. However, I want to be realistic about 'sanitizing': steam at 100°C kills surface bacteria, yes, but you need to hold the steam on a spot for several seconds for true sanitization. A quick pass won't sterilize. That's physics, not a product flaw. For visible cleaning and practical sanitation, this mop is excellent.

The fact that the handheld unit detaches in literally 2 seconds means I actually use all the attachments instead of leaving them in the box like I usually do. The grout brush, the squeegee for windows, the fabric tool for refreshing curtains — I've used them all. The microfiber pads wash up nicely in the machine. This replaced three separate cleaning tools in my house.

The steam output is impressive — ready in about 25 seconds and genuinely hot enough to dissolve kitchen grease that's been baked onto the range backsplash for months. The 12 attachments cover every surface I need. My one complaint: the 5-meter cord means I'm switching outlets mid-clean in larger rooms. A 7-meter cord would make this a perfect 5-star product. That said, the cleaning performance itself is outstanding.

As someone with arthritis, scrubbing floors on my hands and knees was becoming impossible. This steam mop lets me clean standing up, and the results are BETTER than what I achieved with a scrub brush and chemical cleaner. The steam sanitizes without bleach smell, which matters because my daughter has asthma. I've used it on tile, sealed hardwood, and laminate — all fine with continuous motion.

Bought this primarily for the floor mopping function, but the handheld grout brush has become my favorite tool. Our bathroom grout went from greyish-brown to nearly white in one session. The 120-degree rotating head genuinely makes a difference — I can steam under the kitchen cabinets without doing gymnastics. Tank lasts about 20 minutes at full steam which is enough for my kitchen + bathroom.
