EU Right of Withdrawal

Important Notice for Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. For multiple items delivered separately, it starts from the last delivery.

How to Withdraw

Send an unequivocal statement to service@eastsupplier.com. Use our Model Withdrawal Form or any clear written statement.

Refund

We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds use your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive returned goods or proof of return.

Return Shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods unsealed after delivery
  • Sealed audio/video/software unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content accessed with your consent

Extended Period

If we fail to inform you of your withdrawal right before the contract, the period extends to 12 months. This page serves as that required notification.
